Yes. No trial period, no credit card required. Your free business profile stays free for as long as you want it. You can list products, post events, and accept payments without paying us anything.
What does upgrading get me?
More product listings, more events, more active deals, a verified badge, and analytics. Pro adds priority placement in the directory and advanced analytics on top of that. The free listing is a real starting point, not a demo.
Do I need a Stripe account to sell?
Yes. When you list your first product, we walk you through connecting Stripe. It takes a few minutes and there is no cost to set up. Stripe charges standard processing fees per transaction.
Can I sell digital products?
Yes. Downtown+ supports physical products with shipping, local pickup, and digital downloads.
What if my business is already listed?
Someone may have claimed it, or it may be unclaimed. Sign up and check. If the listing in Tarpon belongs to you, you can claim it.
