New Port Richey Events & Community
Chasco Fiesta's street parade is the third largest in Florida. That's not bad for a downtown you can walk across in ten minutes. Add a monthly block party that shuts down three streets, live theatre in a 1925 building, and riverfront concerts at Sims Park, and New Port Richey keeps busy.
Signature Events
Chasco Fiesta — March. The big one. Features the 3rd largest street parade in Florida, the 2nd longest-running boat parade, a car/truck/bike show with 350+ classic vehicles, and live entertainment. One of the largest events in the region.
NPR Fourth Friday Block Party — Fourth Friday of every month. Grand Boulevard, Nebraska Avenue, and Main Street close for an open-air evening market with artisans, food, and music.
Cotee River Seafood & Blues Festival — Late April. Seafood, live blues, and riverfront celebration.
Cotee River Bike Fest — Motorcycle and cycling event drawing enthusiasts from the region.
